ORDERS

Each piece of jewelry is made  by hand 100%. Whilst the majority of items are in stock and ready to ship, we sometimes need a little time to make them. Please allow 1 - 4 weeks for fulfillment. We will always reach out to you if it's going to be longer than 1 week. This does not include shipping time. Once an order is ready to ship, you will be notified with the tracking number. It's always best to email ahead of time if you need it for a specific date so we can accommodate you.You may also leave a note at check out.

RETURNS

Because each piece is handmade, we offer store credit or exchange,  All returns must be done within 14 days of purchase in original condition with original tags. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders, If an item shipped defective, you may return it within the first 14 days after receipt. We will send a shipping label for and defected jewelry. For returns of any other nature you are responsible for shipping costs and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item. 

SALE OR DISCOUNTS
Is plain and simple. Any discounted or sale items is “final sale” No exceptions.
